Hours: 10 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday – 17:00 to 19:00
(No weekend work)
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary

The Role
We are recruiting a reliable Cleaner to support a government office site in Kirkcaldy during a period of temporary increased workload. This is a lone-working role and requires a dependable and trustworthy individual.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning office areas, toilets, and communal spaces
Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
Working independently and following site procedures
Using a telephone-based time & attendance clocking system (mandatory)
Acting as a key holder and operating alarm systems where required
Requirements
Must be able to pass a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check
(includes Right to Work, Identity, Employment History, and Criminal Record checks)
Right to Work in the UK (must be presented at induction – mandatory)
Comfortable with lone working
Able to use an alarm panel and follow security procedures
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Willing to use a telephone clock-in system
Individual PIN access allocated per candidate and updated weekly (non-transferable)
