Summary

We're looking for an Office Manager to join our Natural Resources Team working on our Thames Water framework.

Location: With remote working, you'll also travel to sites and offices as and when required in the Thames Valley region.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time - flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know



Responsibilities

We are looking for an Office Manager to provide effective and efficient administration service. You'll provide effective cost management, and reports within tight deadlines. This role is ideally positioned for an ambitious person to gain exposure to multiple areas within Kier and in time develop into other areas of the business.

Your day to day will include:

-Management of trackers re materials and cross reference as and when materials are received, ensuring correct items/ fittings arrive and pay as necessary.

-Management of site admin personnel to ensure they are supported and their development needs are met.

-Receipting of goods & services into Causeway via goods received notes/timesheets.

-Management of project plant register; on-hire, off-hire & exchanges of skips, as well as site asset registers and management of project purchase cards.

-Allocation of office arrangements for new personnel, IT set up, PPE and uniform, introduction to the site team and work.

What are we looking for?This Office Manager is great for you if you have:

-A proven track record of a similar Office Management role.

-Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and the ability to work well under pressure, whilst prioritising tasks.

-Good communication skills, able to give clear instructions, and demonstrate commitment to health & safety.

-Hold a full driving licence, as the role will require travel in line with Kier's agile working policies.
