Summary
Position: Nursery Educator / Nursery Practitioner
Location: Acton, West London – 2 min walk from South Acton Station (W3 8GJ)
Salary: £25,500 – £27,000 + Benefits
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, rotating early and late shifts (7:30 am – 6:30 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and learning activities for children in a safe, stimulating environment
Implement the EYFS framework and any other relevant guidance
Observe and report on children’s progress; maintain learning journals
Ensure safety: no child is left alone in the nursery or on outings
Participate in the key person system and maintain key children’s learning profiles
Work collaboratively with parents, attend meetings and open days
Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in the nursery
Support overall nursery operations, including assessments and security
Skills & Qualifications Required
Minimum Level 2 in Childcare & Education (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of EYFS
Nursery experience
First Aid (preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
