Roles & Responsibilities-
Instructional Excellence: Planning and delivering high-impact lessons that challenge all learners, including those with high prior attainment.

Classroom Management: Maintaining exemplary standards of behaviour through the consistent application of school-wide routines.

Certification: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the National Curriculum and current statutory assessment frameworks.
