Are you a passionate SEND Teacher who thrives on making a real difference? We are working with a specialist provision in Bolton seeking a dedicated teacher to support secondary-aged pupils working at a KS1 level.

This role is ideal for a teacher who is patient, adaptable and confident delivering highly differentiated learning to pupils with a range of complex needs.

The Role

• Teaching secondary-aged pupils accessing a KS1-style curriculum

  
  

• Delivering engaging, personalised lessons that focus on communication, engagement and life skills

  
  

• Working closely with LSAs, SENCOs and therapists to support individual EHCP targets

  
  

• Creating a calm, structured and nurturing classroom environment

  
  

• Supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, MLD and complex needs

  
  The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS/QTLS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)

    
    

  • Has experience teaching in a SEND, SEMH or specialist provision

    
    

  • Confident differentiating for pupils working significantly below age-related expectations

    
    

  • Strong behaviour management with a trauma-informed, child-centred approach

    
    

  • Calm, resilient and genuinely passionate about SEND education
