Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career and make a real difference?
This is a 2-bed children's home in Keighley supporting children aged 6-11 with social and emotional needs linked to trauma, neglect or adverse childhood experiences.
You'll help create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment from day one-acting as a positive role model, mentor and advocate. From everyday care and routines to activities like arts, cooking, swimming and community outings, you'll play a key role in helping children build confidence, resilience and healthy relationships.
The Role
- Provide high-quality, trauma-informed care and support
- Act as a role model and mentor to children
- Support emotional wellbeing, routines and positive behaviour
- Work collaboratively with families, carers and professionals
- Promote positive outcomes and future stability (family or foster placements)
