Summary
Cleaner – Office Site (Temp to Perm)
Location: Tenterden, Kent (TN30)
Hours: 10 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday – 17:00 to 19:00
(No weekend work)
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary with potential to become permanent
Start Date: TBC
The Role
We are recruiting a reliable Cleaner to provide vacancy cover at an office site in Tenterden. This is a lone-working role requiring a trustworthy and responsible individual, with the opportunity to move to a permanent position subject to performance and business need.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning office areas, toilets, and communal spaces
Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
Working independently and following site procedures
Using a telephone-based time & attendance clocking system (mandatory)
Acting as a key holder and operating alarm systems where required
Requirements
Right to Work documentation must be presented at induction (mandatory)
Comfortable with lone working
Able to use an alarm panel and follow security procedures
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Willing to use a telephone clock-in system
Individual PIN access allocated per candidate and updated weekly (non-transferable)
