Summary

We are looking for casual Bar Staff and Cellar Porters to join our team at Nottingham Greyhound Stadium! Applicants must be 18 or over.

These roles offer flexible hours, offering shift on Monday and Friday (Aligned with our race meets)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, efficient customer service
Serve food and drink and operate tills accurately
Maintain stock levels and assist with stock rotation
Support cellar operations including keg moving and barrel changes
Move and store stock and equipment across site
Maintain cleanliness and follow Health & Safety, COSHH and licensing procedures
Work as part of a team and follow instructions from management
Requirements:

Previous bar experience essential
Cellar handling/maintenance experience required
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
