With a strong grasp of the *Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)* framework and a genuine love for working with children, you’ll ignite curiosity, creativity, and confidence that lasts a lifetime.
*Your Key Responsibilities*
* Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
* Plan and lead imaginative, age-appropriate activities tailored to each child’s individual needs.
* Observe, assess, and document children’s development to celebrate their progress and plan next steps.
* Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and your colleagues.
* Maintain a safe, secure, and inspiring environment, with a strong focus on safeguarding and health & safety.
