What You’ll Be Doing
Visiting people in their homes across Jarrow - Hebburn and Gateshead
Helping with daily essentials like washing, dressing, meals, and medication
Offering companionship and emotional support
Making a real difference in someone’s day—every day
Training and Support
Full induction and hands-on care training
Shadowing experienced team members
Ongoing learning and career development
