Job description:
Crown Farms form part of the hugely successful Cranswick Plc.
We are seeking a Poultry apprentice Farmer to support our Farm Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day management in the Rickinghall area
Level 2 Poultry Worker Apprenticeship
Shift pattern : 5 days out of 7 working 40hours
Main duties include:
Collecting eggs
Prioritising bird welfare
Recording of farm data
Maintaining safe working practices & a high level of site and personal biosecurity standards.
What you will need:
Ideally we are looking for a Candidate with experience in this sector of the industry,
Team Player
Numerate and literate to record farm data
Reliable
Driving licence/own transport as our farms are based in rural locations
Salary and benefits:
Salary: £20,800
Pension – 3% employer contributions/5% employee contributions
