Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operations of a
busy takeaway and restaurant business. The role involves staff supervision, operational
control, compliance with food safety regulations, and ensuring high standards of customer
service.
Key Duties
Plan, organise, and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
Recruit, train, supervise, and manage staff
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Control stock, supplier ordering, and cost management
Prepare staff rotas and manage labour efficiency
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
Maintain records and reports relating to operations and performance
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 2 years’ experience in restaurant or takeaway management
Proven leadership and people-management skills
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
