Pay: Burton: £16.00/hr | Derby: £12.21–£14.29/hr (depending on shift)

Available Roles

1. Burton – Day/Bank Shift

Client: Adult female with cerebral palsy
Hours: Thursdays, 11:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: £16.00/hr
Role:
Wheelchair user, hoist-dependent
Support with all aspects of daily living
Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily tasks
Support use of communication aids; encourage client’s creative interests (music, drama, art, technology)
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months care experience
Tech-savvy or willing to learn
Excellent spoken English
Full UK driving licence preferred
Ability to liaise with family, therapists, and professionals
2. Derby – Night Shift

Client: 11-year-old male with Cerebral Palsy, Dystonia, and visual impairment
Hours: 12-hour night shifts, Monday–Sunday (minimum 1–2 nights/week)
Pay: £12.21–£14.29/hr
Role:
Support all aspects of daily living
Personal care, PEG medication, suctioning
Manual handling
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months care experience (UK-based)
Experience with children, PEG, or complex needs preferred (not essential)
Flexible for night shifts
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)

Deliver high-quality personal care in line with care plans
Support with mobility, repositioning, and safe transfers
Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and daily living tasks
Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
Build positive relationships with clients and families
Monitor and report health changes
Maintain accurate documentation
Follow health & safety guidelines
