Summary
Core responsibilities:- Please note that occasionally, additional tasks may be required depending on workload and staffing levels. Provide routine clinical care to patients in line with the practice policies and protocols Deliver wound care to patients Assist in the assessment and monitoring of patients health and well-being Undertake specific clinical activities for patients Help raise awareness of health and well-being and promote healthy lifestyles Undertake NHS Health checks Undertake diabetic foot checks Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with relevant legislation Ensure effective use of read codes Chaperone patients when necessary Assist GPs with minor surgery as required Aid the team in handling clinical emergencies Recognise and refer patients presenting with mental health needs Deliver opportunistic health promotion where appropriate
