Summary
Multi Skilled Plasterer Required To Join A Damp And Mould Team - Birmingham
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £23 per hour
Duration: 12 weeks with the chance of going permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Plasterer to join a Damp and Mould team on a social housing project across South Birmingham.
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance
- Plastering
- Also carrying out plumbing works
- Taking off and putting on radiators
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Multi Trade role
- Previous experience in a Plasterer role
- Plumbing experience
- Maximum of 5 points on driving licence
- Own tools
- Preferably with experience in social housing
- Able to provide 2 work references
