We’re looking for a General Cleaner with the practical skills and eye for detail to keep Peckover House in excellent condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit.

For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.

What it's like to work here
Peckover House is a welcoming Georgian property named after the last family who lived here. Not only were the Peckovers a banking family, they were great philanthropists who donated large amounts of money and their time to the local community.

Peckover is part of an exciting project aimed at making the property more accessible to the local community.


What you'll be doing
You’ll be helping with cleaning and housekeeping routines to an appropriate level of care and conservation in the house and visitor areas. Your role also includes preparing rooms and spaces for community use.

You will provide high standards of cleanliness and presentation to deliver an exceptional visitor and community experience.
