Summary
Elite Personnel is working with a well-established business to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their friendly and professional team based in Solihull.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Support external sales teams with quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
• Process customer orders accurately, managing documentation and internal coordination
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and their applications
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
• Work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth
Skills & Attributes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, professional, and persuasive telephone manner
• Highly motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset
Experience & Qualifications
• Previous experience in internal sales or customer service
• Experience with order processing or sales administration is highly desirable
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
