***Hysbysiad pwysig***
Yn unol â’n polisi adleoli, byddwn yn rhoi blaenoriaeth i ymgeiswyr sydd ‘dan rybudd dileu swydd’ ffurfiol.
Rydym yn chwilio am Gydlynydd Digwyddiadau profiadol i ymuno â’n tîm. Byddwch yn helpu i godi ymwybyddiaeth o waith Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol Cymru trwy gefnogi’r gwaith o ddatblygu a chyflawni rhaglen flynyddol o ddigwyddiadau yng Nghymru.
Byddwch yn cydlynu’r logisteg ar gyfer ein prosiectau blaenllaw a’n gweithgareddau eirioli, gan sicrhau eu bod yn rhedeg yn rhwydd ac yn ein helpu i gyrraedd cynulleidfaoedd allanol allweddol, gan gynnwys sefydliadau a phartneriaid gwleidyddol, allanol, ynghyd â chefnogwyr a rhoddwyr.
Bydd sgiliau Cymraeg yn dra dymunol yn y rôl hon (gweler y ddogfen sydd ynghlwm am fanylion). Darperir rhagor o gymorth ar gyfer parhau i ddatblygu sgiliau yn y Gymraeg. Cwblhewch yr Asesiad Cymhwysedd ar gyfer y Gymraeg sydd ynghlwm, ac wedyn bydd angen ei uwchlwytho gyda’ch llythyr eglurhaol a’ch CV.
Dyddiad cyfweld: Dydd Iau 29 neu Dydd Gwener 30 Ionawr
What it's like to work here
Working as part of the external affairs team, you will help to raise awareness of National Trust Cymru's work by supporting the development and delivery of an annual programme of events in Wales. You’ll join a collaborative, energised and supportive team who work at pace to make a real impact and difference for nature, beauty and history in Wales.
This role can be based from either of our National Trust hubs in South Wales – Tredegar House in Newport or Dinefwr in Carmarthenshire.
Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week.
Due to the nature of the role, some travel within Wales will be required to support events delivery.
Gan weithio fel rhan o’r tîm materion allanol, byddwch yn helpu i godi ymwybyddiaeth o waith Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol Cymru trwy gefnogi’r gwaith o ddatblygu a chyflawni rhaglen flynyddol o ddigwyddiadau yng Nghymru.
Byddwch yn ymuno â thîm cefnogol, cydweithiol a llawn egni sy’n gweithio i wneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol ar gyfer natur, harddwch a hanes Cymru.
Gall y swydd hon gael ei lleoli yn un o ganolfannau’r Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol yn Ne Cymru – Tŷ Tredegar yng Nghasnewydd neu Ddinefwr yn Sir Gaerfyrddin.
Golyga ein polisi gweithio hybrid eich bod yn gallu cydbwyso gweithio yn y swyddfa gyda gweithio gartref, gydag ymweliadau a chyfarfodydd safle mewn lleoedd Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol eraill. Byddwn yn siarad am hyn mewn mwy o fanylder yn y cyfweliad, ond gallech ddisgwyl bod ar safle Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol am 40-60% o’ch wythnos waith.

You will be highly organised, an excellent team player and confident building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
