All roles are subject to a 3-month probationary period, DBS clearance and satisfactory references
This is a bank role. You will pick up shifts as and when required to cover sickness and annual leave across our sites in Ilkley and Bingley.
The ideal candidate will:
Possess the experience and ability to communicate and interact well with people both on the phone and face to face
Be computer literate and be able to confidently use Word and Outlook
Demonstrate an empathy and understanding of the needs of older people
You will work on the reception desk at our home in Ilkley being the first port of call for visitors, phone calls, healthcare professionals, enquiries and residents.
Your customer service skills will be exemplary and you must be able to work calmly under pressure.
You will attend to all matters arising during the course of the working day that come into the reception desk.
