The Opportunity

We are looking for energetic and dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to support our partner primary schools. This is your chance to gain experience in various settings, from small community schools to larger academies, without the pressure of permanent planning or marking.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Empowering Learners: Working 1:1 or in small groups to boost confidence in reading, writing, and maths.

  • Creative Support: Helping teachers set up exciting, engaging lessons for KS1 and KS2.

  • Inclusive Education: Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN), ensuring every child has a fair chance to succeed.

  • Community Building: Being a positive role model in the classroom and on the playground.
