About the Role

Are you a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive impact in the classroom?

We're working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Oldham area who are seeking a confident Level 3 TA to join their team.



You will:
- Support the class teacher with daily lessons and classroom management.
- Deliver small group interventions and 1:1 support to help pupils reach their learning goals.
- Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and assessment.
- Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support student development.



About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a primary or secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and classroom support techniques.
- A proactive, caring, and reliable approach to supporting learning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
