Exciting Opportunity for a Passionate GCSE Tutor in Southend-on-Sea, Essex!

Our client, a respected educational organisation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced GCSE Tutor to join their dynamic team in the Southend-on-Sea, Essex. As an integral part of our client's team, you will have the chance to work with a diverse group of students, tailoring your teaching approach to meet their unique learning requirements. Your creativity, patience, and expertise will be instrumental in fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive.

In return for your dedication and hard work, our client offers a competitive salary range of £27-£30 per hour, with the option to choose between PAYE or Umbrella payment structures. Additionally, you will have access to free continuing professional development (CPD) opportunities, enabling you to expand your skill set and stay at the forefront of alternative education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver personalised lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students not currently in education
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate with other educational professionals to ensure a comprehensive support network for students
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Qualified Teaching Status
- Ability to support English and Maths Tuition to GCSE level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Passion for working with students with diverse learning needs

Role subject to safer recruitment - Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, Right to Work and minimum 2 years referencing.

Role is lone working with support, laptop and phone provided.
