The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support the learning and development of nursery age children, helping to deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will work as part of a supportive team to create a happy, safe, and inclusive environment for all children.
Key Responsibilities
· Support children's learning, development, and well-being
· Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
· Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
· Observe, assess, and record children's progress
· Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment
· Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
· Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
· We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
· A genuine passion for working with young children
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
· A positive, caring, and reliable attitude
