Job Introduction

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, serve, and present food and beverages to brand and company standards while maintaining high levels of hygiene and safety.
- Produce and serve all hot and cold drinks to brand recipes, ensuring coffee quality, equipment care, and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Support daily café operations including stock replenishment, cash handling, till operation, opening/closing procedures, and accepting deliveries.
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant working and customer areas by completing daily cleaning schedules, safety checks, audits, and reporting any equipment defects.
- Work collaboratively across the team by communicating effectively, supporting colleagues, attending training, and providing operational cover for Barista and FSA duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully trained to Barista standard with a strong understanding of brand expectations and quality requirements.
- Confident in basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team, using initiative when required.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to duties and changing operational needs.
