Summary
Based across YMCA Black Country housing sites.
We are seeking an inspiring and strategic individual to lead and develop high-quality housing services across the Black Country. This senior leadership role will involve shaping and delivering a forward-thinking strategy spanning across our housing services, ensuring strong partnerships and services that genuinely meet local needs. Working closely with the Chief Officer of Places and senior leaders, you will drive innovation, secure sustainable funding, and strengthen pathways that support young people and residents to belong, thrive and move forward.
You will provide empowering leadership to Housing Managers, overseeing operational performance, financial sustainability while fostering a culture of accountability, development and collaboration. Passionate about safe and supportive communities, you will champion resident engagement, embed the YMCA Support Pathway and uphold the organisation’s commitment to welcoming people of all faiths and none.
