We are seeking an Asset Intelligence Lead to head up Asset Management across all Healthcare accounts, driving maturity and excellence in asset lifecycle management.

​This senior role will oversee five accounts and manage the Asset Intelligence Analyst, ensuring asset data is accurate, structured, and compliant with organisational and industry standards.

Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term strategy for Asset Management, working towards ISO 55001 compliance and embedding best practices across the business.​

With a strong focus on lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement, you will lead initiatives that enhance asset intelligence and support digital transformation through our CAFM system, Concept.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Asset Management strategy across all Healthcare accounts, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

Manage and mentor the Asset Intelligence Analyst to deliver high-quality asset data and processes.

Drive asset lifecycle management initiatives, including creation, update, verification, and retirement of records.

Develop and implement frameworks to achieve ISO 55001 compliance over the longer term.

Champion continuous improvement and maturity in Asset Management practices across five accounts.

Oversee data integrity within the CAFM system (Concept) and ensure compliance with standards and naming conventions.

Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to embed asset management principles and deliver value.

Provide subject matter expertise on asset management, offering guidance and solutions to complex challenges.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

SME-level experience in Asset Management.

Ideally, experience within Healthcare environments.

Engineering background preferred.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Comfortable working with digital systems and driving process improvements.
