Warehouse Administrator / Assistant

Full Time, 35 hours per week

Permanent Contract

Salary £22,220 per annum

Join our team as a Warehouse Administrator/Assistant and play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our Retail Distribution Centre (RDC).

Responsible for coordinating stock distribution, scheduling vehicle collections and deliveries, and liaising with EACH retail shops to meet their supply needs.

In this role, you will:
• Ensure goods are efficiently organised, stored, and distributed to our retail shops.
• Manage customer calls regarding furniture donations and plan collections.
• Liaise with shop teams and assist in their stock and delivery/collection requirements.
• Coordinate vehicle scheduling, manage stock requirements and fulfil online orders for new goods.

What we’re looking for:
• Experience completing administrative tasks in an office environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A flexible, positive approach and willingness to support varied tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
