We are looking for a driver with a passion for making a difference to others. Helping provide an efficient, safe and reliable transport service for individual in our care. You'll be working part time, working 25 hours per week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Fields. Must Hold a Category D1 Driving License The Fields is a specialist residential service in Sheffield, South Yorkshire for adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge as well as associated complex needs. We encourage and enable the individuals we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives. We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible. Your day-to-day... Provide transport for escort visits for both service users & staff Thorough vehicle checks to ensure safety & report problems Clean & care for vehicles Comply with health & safety policies & Cygnet protocols. You... Confident, outgoing personality Excellent communication skills Holder of a clean, valid UK D1 driving license Health & safety experience & knowledge Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting (desirable).
