Summary
Here at Proquip we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Order Processing Assistant to join our Proquip team based at our Head Office in Carlisle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Collate and manage daily order processing
Deal with all aspects of customer service
Weekly management reporting – stock and sales reports
System updates – price list and product updates
Maintain product barcode database
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part of a team.
Customer service experience
Microsoft Excel knowledge to an advanced level – pivot tables / lookups etc
The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
The ability to react to change
Strong organisational skills
An aptitude for working on different software packages
An interest / participation in Golf would be an advantage although not a requisite
