We’re looking for a Business Services Co-Ordinator to work along one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in the country, to help manage our portfolio on the North Norfolk Coast, Broads and Sheringham Park to a high standard. .
You may be required to work bank holidays as your work pattern is likely to be Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's.
What it's like to work here
The places we care for on the North Norfolk Coast are some of the most beautiful and wildlife-rich in the country. They include Morston Quay, Horsey, Blakeney National Nature Reserve, Brancaster Beach, Brancaster Staithe Harbour and Sheringham Park. All of which are also very popular with our visitors throughout the summer.
You'll be based within the Facilities Department, which at present is made up of 4 staff, the Facilities Manager, 2 Business Services Co-ordinators and a Facilities Co-Ordinator, which is part of a larger friendly team all working towards the conservation of this beautiful area of North Norfolk and helping to grow support to make our places For Everyone, For Ever.
This is an important role which will help maintain good relations with key stakeholders, members of the public and the wider team.
What you'll be doing
This is a busy place, there’s a lot going on and you’ll find that no two days are the same.
Generally, you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office. Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team.
You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support, and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there’s a better way of doing something.
You may be asked to work weekends and bank holidays, to work outside sometimes, and to support and sometimes travel to other National Trust sites.

experienced at maintaining records or managing information systems
well organised and able to prioritise workload

good at communicating, both in writing and speaking
able to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
flexible and focused on people
happy to multi-task and manage your own priorities and workload
