Summary
Elite Personnel is hiring Customer Service Advisors for a well-established client based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment and are committed to providing exceptional customer care – without the pressure of sales or cold calling.
• Type: Temporary – 12-week contract with the option to extend
• 37.5 hours, on a rotating shift pattern
• Pay: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Handling inbound customer queries with professionalism and care
• Fast and accurate data entry
• Navigating multiple systems while delivering high-quality service
• Working within a dynamic call centre setting – teamwork and pace are key!
What We’re Looking For:
• Able to commit to the entire 12-week duration
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Previous customer service or call centre experience ideal but not essential – full training provided
