We are seeking a dedicated Criminal Justice Team Administrator to join our dynamic team in Norfolk, to provide effective administrative support. You will offer organisational, administrative, and clerical services to the Criminal Justice team designed to contribute towards its aims and objectives.


Where: Norwich, Norfolk
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,077.00 dependent on experience (based on full time working hours, pro rata if part time)
Contract Type: Permanent

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

The Role:
Attend and accurately record minutes for meetings.
Coordinate appointments for police required assessments and manage processes related to prison releases.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with professionals across the criminal justice system, including probation, prisons, courts, and police.
Conduct audits of reports and internal data to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date records in line with service requirements.
Handle correspondence and perform data entry tasks as needed.
Collaborate closely with prison in-reach teams and Drug & Rehabilitation (D&R) workers to support continuity of care.
Assist with service user onboarding by gathering relevant information and reviewing allocation processes.

About You:
To thrive in this role, we're looking for someone who has:

Knowledge of general office procedures
IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and data entry
Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
Solid numeric skills.
Good organisational skills
A mature, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.
Understand and have a commitment to the principles of equal opportunity and diversity.

What we will give to you:
