We're looking for an Early Years Lead Practitioner with a minimum of two years experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to professionally lead and manage a team of early year’s practitioners, trainees and volunteers in the day-to-day running in designated childcare rooms. They will be able to offer a safe, caring, stimulating and inclusive environment for children to develop and learn; use strong leadership skills to support the team in recognising areas for development in order to create a highly knowledgeable and skilled workforce; continually reflect on practice and develop their designated rooms in line with organisational and government initiatives; create an atmosphere where parents/carers, staff and other professionals work in partnership to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children; and work collaboratively with the Centre Lead to ensure the sustainability of the centre is maintained.
