Summary
Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established manufacturing company in their search for a Shunter Driver to work in their leading facility in Shrewsbury.
For the successful Shunter Driver , our client is offering:
• £29,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 13:30pm-22:00pm
• Permanent position
• 40 hour week contract
• Salary review every April
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Ability to buy more holidays
• Friendly working enviroment
• Free on site parking
• Company will cover cost of refreshed CPC in future
The Role - Shunter Driver :
• Route planning (using computer- based program)
• Loading wagons and vans
• Moving stock
• Head of loading
• Shunting wagons to second warehouse, also in Shrewsbury
• General warehousing
• Support in other departments
What our client is looking for in a Shunter Driver :
• Previous experience loading vehicles- ESSENTIAL
• Computer based experience- ESSENTIAL
• Experience as a warehouse operative ESSENTIAL
• Driving licence, class 2 licence and transport- ESSENTIAL
