We’re looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join us at Saltram.
Salary: £13.74 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Hours/ working pattern: Part-time, 19 hours per week. You may be asked to work weekends and bank holidays, to work outside sometimes, and to support and sometimes travel to other National Trust sites.

What you'll be doing
This is a busy place, there’s a lot going on and you’ll find that no two days are the same.
Generally, you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office. Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team.
You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support, and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there’s a better way of doing something.
Who we're looking for

skilled at customer service and stakeholder support skills
able to communicate and collaborate effectively
experienced at maintaining records or managing information systems
well organised and able to prioritise workload
skilled at administration
Additional criteria for all other applicants. We'd love to hear from you if you’re:
experienced in giving business support, along with responsibility for facilities or office supervision
good at communicating, both in writing and speaking
able to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
flexible and focused on people
happy to multi-task and manage your own priorities and workload
