About the role

Location: Bournemouth

Pay: Up to £987.20 per week

This is a rewarding role where you can make a real impact every day. As a Live-in Carer, you will support personal care, medication, and daily living tasks. You will help clients live independently while maintaining dignity and wellbeing.

What you will do

Your duties may include, based on client needs:

Meal preparation and medication support: Ensuring good nutrition and correct medication use.
Household management: Light housekeeping, laundry, and general home upkeep.
Personal care: Support with bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
Health monitoring: Observing wellbeing and administering medication where required.
Shopping and supplies: Managing food shopping and household essentials.
Pet care: Feeding, walking, and arranging vet visits where needed.
Community engagement: Supporting social events, family visits, and activities.
Companionship: Providing emotional support and meaningful company.
Personal support: Booking appointments and liaising with family or professionals.
Home coordination: Liaising with suppliers and maintaining a safe home.

What we are looking for

We are looking for caring and reliable individuals who have:

• Fluent spoken and written English and the right to work in the UK.
• A full, clean UK driving licence, preferred.
• At least 3 months of professional or personal care experience.
• A compassionate, positive, and professional attitude.
• High standards of presentation and attention to detail.
• The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
• Strong domestic skills, including cooking and housekeeping.
• A friendly manner and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• The confidence to act responsibly in emergencies.
