We’re now looking for a new team member to join us as an:

Assistant Administrator (Apprenticeships)

This full-time role plays a vital part in supporting our professional apprenticeship provision across the University. As Assistant Administrator (Apprenticeships), you will contribute to the smooth coordination and delivery of key administrative functions, focusing particularly on onboarding, retention, and the ongoing support of apprentices.

You’ll work closely with our apprentices, colleagues, and partners, providing administrative assistance, responding to queries, maintaining apprenticeship records, and supporting financial monitoring processes.

The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory DBS disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of our clearance procedures.
