We are seeking a Night Floor Marble Restoration Operative to join our exceptional team at Specialised Floor.

We are recruiting a Floor Marble/Hard Floor Restoration Operative to support our specialist cleaning and restoration services across a variety of sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and growing organisation.

  • Flexibility – Ability to work night and day shift patterns (weekend work may be required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills – A team player who contributes to a positive and enjoyable working environment.
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities – Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience working with high-level or VIP clients, with the professionalism and discretion required to meet elevated service expectations.
  • Reliability and integrity – You will have access to customer areas and must ensure a safe environment for clients and colleagues.
  • Full clean driving licence – This is not essential for the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the management team and line manager to maintain all assigned areas of the site.
  • Carry out restoration and daily maintenance of stone/wooden/hard floors.
  • Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning as required.
  • Deliver specialist cleaning services across the Hospitality, Educational, and Commercial sectors.
  • Prioritise daily tasks in line with client requirements.
  • Maintain familiarity with the layout and equipment of the hotel/site.
  • Ensure all areas are left clean, tidy, and presentable upon completion of work.
  • Manage servicing, product guarantees, and warranty issues for assigned tools and equipment.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance callouts as required.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety at Work Act requirements and always ensure compliance.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of regularly used maintenance supplies.
