Summary
As an Administrator/Receptionist within the CMHT, you will: Deliver efficient reception and administrative services, including telephone duties, filing, and mail handling. Act as a key point of contact for service users, carers, and external agencies, ensuring effective communication and professionalism. Maintain and update client records accurately on the Trust's electronic patient record system. Support the team by organising diaries, meetings, and room bookings. Assist with building and equipment maintenance requests as directed. Implement and maintain effective office systems to support team operations. Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding standards at all times. Contribute to the Trust's commitment to equality, diversity, and sustainability. Participate in clinical governance and infection control practices. Provide flexible cover for colleagues and assist with staff induction when required.
