Summary

​Equans are looking for a CAFM & Performance Lead to join our team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. Reporting into the Senior Performance & Analytics Manager, the post holder will act as the liaison between our operational site team and our Central CAFM team, The post holder will play a key part of the performance of the contract. They will be required to aid engineers with their PDAs, with workflow operators to aid in their CAFM usage. They will be integral to the overall performance of the contract by ensuring PPMs are completed on time and aid the Senior Performance & Analytics Manager in prepping and delivering monthly reports. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, have excellent excel, data analysis and computer skills. CAFM experience is desirable, especially in Maximo. What will you deliver? Be the liaison between our site and the central CAFM teamEnsuring all PPMs are completed on time in line with the contractual SLAsMonitor CAFM systems, usage, access and complianceAid engineers in setting up new PDAs and access to our CAFMBe the go-to source for PDA/CAFM issues for staff on siteComplete ad-hoc performance reportingAnalyse any breached jobs for SLA complianceLiaise and cooperate with a number of internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service delivery in-line with contractual requirementsBe able to work well in a teamAdopt a proactive approach to performance – Identifying causes of performance failures and implement targeted solutionsBe able to remain calm and work in a fast-paced environmentOffer training on CAFM systems to all staff What can we offer you?
