We’re looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to design and deliver high-quality reporting solutions with a strong focus on finance and management information (MI). You’ll work closely with senior finance stakeholders to transform complex requirements into accurate, insightful, and scalable reports.
In this role, you’ll shape reporting standards, improve how data is used across the business, and mentor others in best practices. If you have proven expertise in financial reporting, KPIs, and stakeholder management, we want to hear from you.
As a Senior Power BI Developer you’ll be:
- Lead the development and maintenance of end-to-end Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support finance and wider business reporting.
- Partner with Finance teams to understand reporting requirements, financial metrics, and statutory/management reporting needs.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Work with data from multiple sources, including Azure SQL Data Warehouse, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
- Provide expert insight into business performance, support projects, and contribute to strategic MI initiatives.

As a Senior Power BI Developer you’ll have:
- Proven track record of designing and delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions in a senior or lead role
- Solid background in finance reporting, including management accounts, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, or financial MI.
- Proficiency in DAX, Excel, SSRS, SSIS, and Power Query (Azure experience desirable).
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric pipelines and deployments.
- Proven ability to enhance performance through meticulous data analysis.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks, projects, and stakeholders.
And a nice to have:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations and Finance and Operations
