Summary

Greensand Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint an experienced administrator to support recruitment administration across our ten schools located in Surrey and West Sussex.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with recruiting managers across the trust to support all recruitment activity: drafting adverts, preparing job descriptions and person specifications, advertising roles and managing campaigns using our applicant tracking system, including arranging interviews, requesting references and carrying out appropriate pre interview checks, completing all new starter pre appointment checks, preparing offer letters and employment contracts, and preparing a weekly jobs bulletin for internal circulation.
In addition, the successful candidate will also provide efficient and effective personnel administration for contractual changes, support with internal scrutiny, such as auditing HR files and school Single Central Records, and administer appropriate pension scheme submissions for new starters and leavers.
The ideal candidate will:

Have strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Have the ability to work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using school management systems.
Be professional, approachable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

This is a part time term time position working between 30-36 hours per week over 42 weeks per year (term time plus an additional 3 weeks). This is an office-based role working in our trust office in the grounds of Reigate School, Pendleton Road, Reigate. The role may involve some travel to Greensand schools.
The full time equivalent annual salary is £27,634 to £29,604. The pro rata annual salary starts at £21,335 based on 30 hours per week over 42 weeks per annum.
