Crynodeb
We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide high-quality care for our male client, an expressive and dignified gentleman living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
You'll be providing care and support to our non verbal male client, whose individual needs include:
- Motor Neurone Disease
- Non-verbal - uses an iPad
- Non-Weight Bearing: Requires a hoist for all transfers
- Nebuliser and suctioning
Shifts include
- Week 1 - 7am to 8.30pm - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Week 2 - 7am to 8.30pm - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.
