Summary
Key duties will include: Management of DMARD monitoring for patients Shared are medication DOACS monmtioring Medicines reconciliation Liaising with Primary & Secondary Care Responding to Safety Alerts Medication reviews Audits, guidance and prescribing reports Respond to medication queries from patients and carers including consultations Provide medicines guidance and support to the primary care team and community staff
