Summary
Provision of safe, effective quality patient care in accordance with all relevant and applicable Trust policies & procedures, government legislation and NMC regulatory framework Ensuring the effective and efficient running of Gray ward Demonstrating effective clinical, leadership and management skills. Deputising for the Clinical Nurse Manager as required by attending meetings on her behalf and sharing the outcome of these meetings.
