Meddygfa Bala Canolfan Iechyd Yr Hafan Y BALA Gwynedd LL23 7BA 01678 520308 Practice Manager Vacancy We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and high achieving individual to lead our friendly team in collaboration with our GP Partners. We are a rural practice based in Bala, North Wales. We are committed to delivering high quality care to our 4600 patients. The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall running of the Practice and will provide strong leadership to ensure the successful provision of high-quality services to the local community. The role will involve the administration of staff, developing skills within the Team and leading the Practices growth and improvement. As a result, knowledge of human resources is essential. The Practice Manager will be responsible for ensuring attainment of targets in relation to GMS / GP contractual obligations, this will also involve supervision of the submission of monthly claims to the Primary Care Contracting Team to secure financial payments. In addition, the successful candidate will liaise with the Practice Accountant to manage the accounts and have an oversight of the day-to-day spending within the Practice. We require an excellent communicator with Staff, GP Partners and patients. IT competency is also essential. The roles remit will include Health and Safety, Clinical and Information Governance and GDPR. We are open to applications from all sectors, however managerial experience with the NHS is preferred, but not essential. This is a permanent full-time post (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday, however part time applications will also be considered. Competitive Salary dependent on skills and experience.
