Job Overview
-To assist the Management Team in providing a welcoming, courteous, and polite Front of House Service in accordance with approved Client procedures. To act as the first point of call and continually provide an exceptional level of service to all within the building.

Responsibilities
-Delivery of the site cleaning using the correct methods and procedures and in-line with the cleaning specifications and as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor

-Achieve high standards of cleaning to meet the PM3 auditing requirements

-Maintain standards of the equipment and cleaning cupboards

-Co-operate with site security and comply with their instructions

-Undertake any other tasks suitable to be carried out within your daily routine and capabilities, with training being provided as required

-Complete Event set ups as instructed by the Client to ensure they meet the requirements of the Event organiser

-Escorting of sub-contractors that have been employed to carry out maintenance and building works when required

-Undertake any other duties over and above those listed, within reason, and within your capabilities, as directed by the Management Team

-Support the Client Business Team with any requests that are an inclusion within the Service Contract

-Work with the team in managing Hospitality delivered to site.

-Take charge of events in the absence of a supervisor if directed to.

-Assist with welcoming clients, guests, and Dignitaries.

-Identify and apply opportunities to develop services delivered and improvements.





Knowledge and experience (Essential)

-Experience of a good all-round practical capability

-Demonstrate experience in a customer facing roll with excellent customer service skills.

-The ability to demonstrate a customer focused” can do” attitude.

-Ability to solve problems for the desired outcome.

-The ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure.



(Desirable)
-GCSE Maths & English or equivalent

-Able to acquire and maintain sufficient knowledge of a building's operation and services

-Emergency First Aid at Work

-Able to work outside of discipline, although within competence and QSHE

Circumstances
-Must be flexible regarding working hours

-May be asked to work unsociable hours on occasion and subject to the Client needs

Person
-Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service

-The ability to liaise directly with Client building users and action their requirements to agreed standards

-Able to work under pressure

-Able to make sound decisions when needed

-A team player

-Speaks clearly fluently and in a compelling manner to both individuals and groups.

-Writes in a clear and concise manner, using appropriate grammar, style and language for the reader.
