Summary
Bright and creative person requires support with life skills
Preferred days/times:
8 hours per week to start with afternoons only, days and times to be agreed
PA is required to have a full, clean UK driving licence
PA to use their own vehicle for which they will have business car insurance
Tasks/duties:
Developing independence, confidence and life skills:
Assisting to build a daily routine
Assisting with building skills around household tasks
Assisting with accessing the community and finding volunteer placements
Client main diagnosis:
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Severe anxiety
Non-Epileptic Attack Disorder (NEAD)
Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (hEDS)
Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS)

The client has two friendly dogs
Communication:
The client can communicate well with time to find words to express themselves fully
They require a PA who is a good communicator with a sense of humour and positive attitude
