Crynodeb
Exceptional customer service skills are a must; a proportion of the work involves dealing with enquiries by email, over the phone and face-to-face. The Team also visits local schools and provide valuable information to prospective students at Careers Fairs.
The successful candidates must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced working environment.
We’re looking for someone with a great approach to teamwork and a friendly style. Your attitude is as important as your experience, you will need to be enthusiastic about education and working with young people. The successful candidate will be a fast learner with excellent attention to detail, equally capable of working on their own projects or contributing to team tasks.
Full training will be given; however, excellent communication and IT skills are essential.
This role will be based between our Watford and Hemel Campus
