Summary
Location: BH12 - Upper Parkstone Hours: 18-24 per week
FULL UK Driving Licence is essential as you will be required to drive manual mobility vehicle
Shifts: 3:30pm-10pm, sleep-in, then 7am-10:30am Sleep-ins: 2 per week and alternate weekends

About the Person You'll Be SupportingYou'll be working with a woman in her late 20s who thrives with consistent, compassionate support. She enjoys people-watching, coffee outings, and being actively involved in her own daily routines. Her family is closely involved, and maintaining those relationships is an important part of her support.
She needs assistance with:
- Walking
- Personal care
- Eating and drinking
She also attends a day centre four times a week, so you'll be part of helping her get ready, travel safely, and enjoy her time there.

Who We're Looking For- A female support worker (Genuine Occupational Requirement)
- Someone reliable, calm, and person-centred
- A confident driver of a manual car
- Someone comfortable with sleep-in shifts

- Polish/English bilingual is a bonus but not essential
